place to stay if you want to be close to the tube, west kensington tube station is 15 minutes walk away. the hotel was just walking distance from holland park. we really enjoyed having a kitchenette.

The noise from maybe conditioning( because we live in the basement floor) affect our sleep to some extent.

Location - closeness to Olympia. Clean and good size.

NOISE! terrible traffic noise which meant bad night sleep which was the worst possible outcome with 2 busy days at an expo. No parking.

The room is clean and nice. Kensington Olimpia has a connection with Gatwick airport.

Don't be fooled by the maps which locate the hotel next to a tube station. Kensington Olimpia has only two stops every hour and is not a real tube station. You will need to walk 10mins to Sepherd Bush for the tube. After 18:00 you need to checkin somewhere else which was not clear at the time of the booking. Bring or buy your eu plugs because they won't give you at reception, they always ran out of plugs.

The hotel is nice and clean in a nice and quiet area. The room was light, very big windows. Excellent for London!!!

The shower was great, beds very comfy, modern, clean

There was a bad smell as we were located on lower ground. Was ok once you opened the window but did not give a good first impression. Was a bit of a walk to the nearest tube station Shepherds Bush - I'd recommend using a bus instead.

It's not convenient to go out , though it is close to Kensington Olympia overground station, we have to change 2-3 lines to our destination

The room and bathroom were great: large, clean and recently refurbished.

It was a cold in the room (I measured around 19 degrees in Februaury) and if your room happens to be on the side of Holland Road (as ours was) it's like being "on Holland Road": incredibly noisy. Double glazed windows would have solved both the problem of the cold and that of the noise.

arrival after 6pm a problem: a notice on the door directs you to another hotel for check-in - couldn't find it after 15 minutes & called other hotel...communication in English a problem! Eventually somebody came to meet me...next morning check out: same thing!

Brilliant apartments in London. Recommended! Will definately be staying here again. Forgot my charger there, will be calling this week to see if they have it. Great value for money too. Very happy customers!

Staff, when available, were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well run considering it had obviously only opened recently.

The shower in the room I stayed in (204) only had one setting - scalding, so much so it might be considered a H&S issue. I would have informed the hotel however no staff were available on checkout.
